🏡 Solena Apartment – House Rules

The purpose of the following house rules is to ensure a peaceful, clean, and safe environment for all our guests. Please read them carefully and follow the guidelines below.


🕓 Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: from 14:00
  • Check-out: until 10:00
    Late arrival or departure is possible by prior arrangement.

👤 Guest Registration

  • Only registered guests may use the accommodation.
  • A valid ID card or passport must be presented upon arrival.
  • Guests under 18 may only stay under adult supervision.

🛏️ Apartment Use

  • Each apartment has air conditioning, a private kitchen, and a bathroom.
  • Please use the furniture and equipment properly.
  • Keep the apartment clean – the next guest should find it as you did.
  • Scratching, damaging, or staining walls, furniture, or textiles is strictly forbidden.
  • No smoking inside the apartment – smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

🚭 Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking zones.
  • Please use ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts in the garden.

🔇 Quiet Hours

  • Please respect the peace of other guests and neighbors.
  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
  • Loud noise, music, or parties are not allowed in the apartment.

🧼 Cleanliness and Cleaning

  • Apartments are delivered clean; basic cleaning is included in the price.
  • For longer stays, weekly deep cleaning is available on request.
  • Guests are responsible for dishwashing, waste collection, and keeping basic order.
  • Please empty the trash into the designated bins in the courtyard.

🐾 Pets

  • Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

🔒 Security

  • Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
  • We are not responsible for any valuables left behind.
  • In case of fire, use the fire extinguisher provided and notify the reception/owner.

🚗 Parking

  • Free parking is available in designated spots in the courtyard or on the street.
  • We do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle.

📶 Wi-Fi and Technical Equipment

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Password will be provided upon arrival.
  • Please use all equipment (TV, air conditioner, stovetop) properly.
  • If you experience any issues, notify us immediately.

💳 Damages

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
  • Please report any technical issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly.
