2. Scope of Service

Solena Apartment provides accommodation services to individual guests and groups at its apartment house in HajdĂșszoboszlĂł. The service includes lodging, use of fully equipped apartments, and optional parking upon request.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via email, phone, or online system.
  • A booking is only considered final after it has been confirmed by the operator.
  • In some cases, an advance payment may be requested, which will be communicated in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or based on prior agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations within 3 days of arrival: any deposit paid is non-refundable.
  • In case of no-show, the full amount of the accommodation fee may be charged.

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00
  • Check-out: until 10:00
    Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon prior agreement and may incur an extra charge.

6. Use of the Accommodation

  • Guests may only use the accommodation as intended.
  • Each guest is liable for any damages caused by them.
  • The accommodation is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Pets are not allowed, except by prior arrangement in special cases.

7. Data Protection

The personal data provided during booking will only be used by the provider for purposes related to accommodation, legal compliance, and communication. Data will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.

9. Additional Provisions

  • The House Rules form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The operator reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.
  • All disputes shall be governed by Hungarian law.

By submitting a booking and/or occupying the accommodation, the guest acknowledges and accepts these General Terms and Conditions as well as the House Rules.
